    For this one, I recommend you to contact the Xbox Technical Department via:
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us    . Just a heads-up though, they would ask you to register your console's serial number to:
    http://myservice.xbox.com. You can do this on your own. Just sign-in your Microsoft Account Email then register the serial number. Once registered, they would provide you the steps of how to reset your
    Xbox 360's passcode.

    pass codes for gamertags can be reset by deleting and recovering the tag. Family setting pass codes can only be reset by support. Call support for your region.
