Family mode

    Ok,

    I have new Xbox series X console and the problem is, that my family members are not able to play any game that is installed unless i'm logged in.

    There is a screen telling them that person who bought the game must logged in and they can show the game at the store.

    Now the funniest thing - the store says that they own the game and they can play the game after clicking the RUN button at the store.

    But then, we are going back to the previous screen...

    There is no such problem even with game pass or gold account games on my old Xbox one console.

    Sorry to hear it. The code is linked to the console's serial number so I'm afraid contacting phone support to go through the reset process is your only option. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    Xbox store search does not show genre results

    I do not recall ever enabling family mode. Moreover, M rated games appear in the shop anyway, so if the family mode actually is enabled then its not working.

    I am trying to play mycareer on NBA 2K23 but it says I need to change a setting for my child account, however I am unsure which setting I need to change.

    Yes I am in a family group, I changed my account settings with the parent account in the family, the settings on my account are saved but it won’t allow me to play that specific mode.
