    Does anyone know if there is an option for a family xbox live account or discount for multiple accounts? I have 4 kids and paying over $200 to allow them to access online gaming seems like a bit much.

    What's the best XBOX Live GOLD option for 2 xbox consoles and 3 profiles?

    there was a family plan that gave you 4 gold memberships for 99 dollars but it was discontinued. if you have a 360 you have no choice but to buy multiple gold memberships for each individual account sorry.

    On Xbox One you only need 1 Gold Membership for the whole family to enjoy Xbox Gold , But on 360 you need multiple memberships

    If you're all using the same console, you can share gold via the Xbox Home setting. Otherwise, there is no longer a family gold subscription.

    Also, if you do purchase subscriptions for every account, buy prepaid cards online. You can usually find 12 months from about $30-40 instead of paying the regular $60.

    to add what Smwutches said this only applies to the One console. the 360 needs each account to have gold the One shares it across other accounts on the same console

    If you want to pay the outstanding amount for both accounts, you will need to put the card on both accounts. For future reference, if you are planning on getting a gold membership for multiple accounts have you considered getting the family plan? You get
