Family member not showing up

My account (teen) says that it is part of a family with an adult, and that I cannot change any privacy settings. However, when I log into the adult account, it says that the teen account is not actually in that adult's family. When I then try to add the
teen account to the adult's family, I get a message saying that the teen is already in a family. This makes it impossible to change any of the settings as the teen account is stuck in a family with no one to remove them. If you can help fix this, thanks.

Can't add family member

if you have a family pack sub on your account, you will go to the settings page on the dashboard and select family.

this will bring up the family center showing current family members as well as the add member option.

when adding a member to your family you must have the gt profile downloaded to your console and know the email and pw associated with that profile.

still not seeing the family center? try redownloading your profile.

in the add member menu under the family settings page you will see the amount of open family member spots, select one. then on the next page you will see the gt's on the console that can be added.

select the gt desired to be added, then follow the on screen intructions to finish the process.

Family reports not showing up

Wow, there is somewhere family activity reports? Can you please share some url or something where I can see them? I am very interested to check my family reports too. I read first time that Microsoft have such a nice option. Why they do not advertise that?
