    can't play 18+ games?

    hiya have just recently bought a pre-owned xbox 360 slim 4gb and it has got a family lock on it and let me play 18+ games. is there ay way of getting this family lock off ?

    family settings

    i currently bought a pre owed xbox 360 250G to find out it was locked by family settings..i do not know the 4 d1g1t code or the safety question ...so i cant play cod7 due to this...i was wondering what advice/help can you offer. thank you Family lock on pre owed xbox :)

    How can I tell if I owe Microsoft money?

    If you owe MS money there will be a billing suspension on your account and a pre paid card will not resolve the suspension. Your best bet is to contact phone support.
