Family Filter App incompatible to device and thus Minecraft Multiplayer is blocked

My child is trying to play Minecraft in Multiplayer mode with his friends. Unfortunately, the Microsoft Family Safety app is not supporting the device (Samsung tablet). Now there seems to be no way I can consent.

What can I do? Can I switch off the safety feature altogether? I appreciate the effort of making this and I would use it if it was working. If it can't be made to work, how can I remove it?

    :)

Hi, Franz1123. I hope you're doing well and safe out there. I'm an Independent Advisor and I’m happy to help you today.

You can try to manage his online feature online. Kindly sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings, add your child as a member and make sure that all multiplayer settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

Please click “submit”, once confirmed restart your device to re-sync and make sure all changes are saved.

You can see these steps provided here:

Thank you so much for your swift response. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I've Set all the settings to "Friends" except for Video calling. I have restarted the device and still Minecraft says "Due to the setting in your Microsoft account you cannot play Realms..." (translated from German).
I do not see any setting on that page or in any of the adjacent named "Multiplayer". On the help page (https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us...ealms-Multiplayer-Access-for-a-Child-Account) it says:

"If a member of your family group wants to play multiplayer features in Minecraft, such as Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Realms, an organizer can adjust these settings by using the Xbox Family Settings app."

This app is available on Playstore, but not for my Samsung tablet.

When signing into her Microsoft account my sister was told it was blocked.

Hi MisterLanzaina, my name is Rodrigo. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

I am sorry to hear that.

Is it blocked due to family settings?

You can enable the multiplayer for Minecraft from the Xbox Family Settings app on your mobile device.

In the Xbox Family Settings app:

Go to Settings > In Enable Minecraft > Select Allow this game.

Turn on Multiplayer to let a member play online with others

Enable Clubs so that a member can create and join Minecraft Realms servers.

To download the Family App: https://www.xbox.com/apps/family-settings-app

    I hope this helps.
