    Family block problems


    Hallo everybody my name is Luca i'm a 22 years hold guy living in holland.

    Recently i bought from 2nd hand a x box 360, i was enjoing with fifa and forza motorsport Family block problems ;) then i decide to buy tekken and some fighting games, but when i put them in, the x box doesn't let me play cause of the family block code. I don't know the code
    and the answer to the question even, so i'm trying to contact this guy and also the x box assistance for more news, if maybe someone know how to fix everything i will be really greatfull to him or her!! thanks everybody Family block problems ;)

    Hi there,

    in order to reset a family passcode you will need to contact Xbox Support,

    They will need the some information from the console and will need do something on their end, after which they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end.

    Sorry to hear it. What you'll need to do is call up phone support and explain the situation to them. They should be able to walk you through the reset procedures.

    Thanks for bringing question to the forums. I removed the numbers you had as others can use that information. You can reset the passcode yourself,

    How to reset pass code for parental controls    . Follow that link it gives you instructions how to reset it.

    After mucking about for awhile, i went into the system (family) and blocked Xbox Live. fixed the problem.
