    I have received 2 emails from Microsoft Family to report my son has purchased 2 different free apps. The first one was XBox One SmartGlass and the second one was Disney Plus. However, my son doesn't admit to downloading/purchasing either of them, he
    didn't even know what the Xbox one smartglass app was, they don't appear on either device he has access to and they don't appear on his purchase history. I'm confused as to why i am getting these emails.

    Hi Brad,

    The email is only linked to his XBox and the family laptop. I had the same concern about the Disney+ app. Does this raise the concern of a hacked account?

    Hello Paul,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a couple free apps. Is your email tied to any other account then your sons? The smartglass is for a phone. One that has me worried is Disney+ as it is a free trial and after it you
    will be billed. So the account doing this most likely has a credit/debit card or other form of payment. Also just tested free app on my account and do not see them on my order history so they most likely do not show due to they are free.

The Xbox Family Settings application which can be found on your mobile device's app store has activity reports that allow you to review your family member's daily and weekly activity, which includes their total play time: View activity reports and notifications in the Xbox Family Settings app
