    Family Activity Report Woes.


    Morning all. Family Activity Report Woes. :)

    I can't seem to obtain activity reports for my child's Xbox one activity through my account. He's set up as a family member in my account. Activity Reporting is switched on and Weekly Emails is also enabled. Did it about fortnight ago? Nothing at all
    has come through and I can't select a period of time to view anything from within my own account?

    Any clue?

    Family Center Reports

    I Just started to review the reports through the family center. I have a family membership and when I click each child's name and choose reports it shows no activity for the current week we are in. Is this because it is always one week behind? And the reports
    also seem to be missing activity on certain days in which I know there was activity. What could be the cause of this problem and how could I fix it? Thanks

    Hi Brad,

    The email is only linked to his XBox and the family laptop. I had the same concern about the Disney+ app. Does this raise the concern of a hacked account?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a couple free apps. Is your email tied to any other account then your sons? The smartglass is for a phone. One that has me worried is Disney+ as it is a free trial and after it you
    will be billed. So the account doing this most likely has a credit/debit card or other form of payment. Also just tested free app on my account and do not see them on my order history so they most likely do not show due to they are free.

The Xbox Family Settings application which can be found on your mobile device's app store has activity reports that allow you to review your family member's daily and weekly activity, which includes their total play time: View activity reports and notifications in the Xbox Family Settings app
