Family account dosent exist

My dad once made an Xbox child account for me in 2008-2011 i think. His account doesn't exist anymore,
so i can`t use my account to buy things online, or even change my gamertag.

My Email Changing

When i try to sign in to the xbox website it changes my email from my xbox and when i go to my xbox it says i need my email and password to sign in so then i put in the email and password from that account it says it dosent exist and when i put a bunch of
my eamils that have been changed said it dosent exist.

 

Solitaire update that dosent exist

Your updates may have gotten "stuck". This happens sometimes with 8.1 as it is supposed to automatically update.

Try the following:

1. Press the Windows key. Type Windows Update and highlight Settings under the search bar.

2. Click/touch on Check for Updates

3. Install any missing updates

4. Restart

5. Go to the Start menu

6. Right-click on Microsoft Solitaire Collection & select Uninstall from the menu bar at the bottom

7. Press Windows Key + R

8. Type in wsreset.exe and Enter

9. This will bring you back to the store. Reinstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Me too, but it's bound to my microsoft account which is bound to my pc, so I can't change it because it's bound to my windows 10 license.
