Family account and Game Sharing

I have an Xbox Series X (Console 1) downstairs, with my GamePass subscription etc associated to it. My kids have an Xbox One (Console 2) upstairs, and as they are associated to my account, they have access to GamePass and everything I've bought. All was working great.Then we bought a Series S for them (Console 3) for Christmas. This is where the problems arise. They have no access to anything unless I'm logged in to Console 3. Clearly this is a problem. How do we resolve this so I don't need to be logged in so they can still access everything? We buy everything through my account, which means all the games we've bought for them they cannot play unless I'm also logged on.

Through Game-sharing you are able to share content and games between two consoles. Reading through many of the other responses, I love the idea of a family account to share content with an entire family but also believe that it wouldlikely be abused.

Do you mean game pass? Or you're game sharing with someone in your family? If its game share then try having your family member login with their account on the console and see if it shows up then.

You can only have 1 console set as your Home at a time. So if you're sharing with your household, you would no longer be able to share with your friend.

You wiuld have to set console 3 as your Home. They will lose access on console 2 if you do that though. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox
