As for the gold membership:

1. First see this page to make sure you have gold:
https://account.microsoft.com/services/

2. Then if you do, please remove and redownload your account:
http://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one And before you redownload it please turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds.

3. If that does not fix it please contact xbox support in a live chat to have them refresh your gold for you here: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

And if you have not got online before you may have a child/teen account and an adult account over yours may have to change some settings for you (if you can access the settings that just means your microsoft account is an adult and your xbox account can
be a child/teen and the settings will not change).

Have the adult on their adult account go here
https://account.xbox.com/Settings and click on the child's account and allow the option on the first page called "Share stuff people make (Xbox 360: Member Content)" to everyone (must be everyone). Also, on the first page, "Others can communicate with voice,
text, or invites" to Friends or Everybody. And on the xbox one/windows 10 tab the second option down, "Join multiplayer games", enable that. And then log out and in on the account in question on the console/device and that account can play
online and have that problem solved.

No puedo jugar algunos juegos me dice que mi cuenta no tiene privilegios. Apenas sevencio elpass ultimate y ahora me suscribi al pass consola y por ejemplo fortnite me dice quemi cuenta no tiene privilegios gold. Alguien puede ayudar. Gracias
