Falsely Suspended?

On Wednesday (5/10/17), I was suspended for apparently using homophobic slurs and suicidal language. However I wasn't on at the time much less the entire day, and didn't discover the suspension until yesterday. Also to note, my parents were in an adjacent
room, and had I said anything to that degree of offense, they would have shut of my xbox in an instant. I need to talk to an XBLPET person as soon as possible to get this cleared up, because my friends have started to exclude and kick me from games for having
no mic.

I understand what you mean about how someone could have reported me way earlier, and I have already filed a case report. Sadly the decision have been upheld and the XBLPET people gave my few details on how my account was banned. I was accused for using homophobic
slurs and suicidal language which is not me. On the side note, my parents where in the room next to me and while they heard me swear a few times in my party when I was killed, they have no recollection of me saying anything homophobic or suicidal. Also the
day before my account was banned, I received a message form "Xi IronCobra iX" who said "reported lol" as if he was one of many people who were trying to get me banned as a group. I only noticed this message when I got on after school Friday (5/12/17).

Case reviews are available on an eligibility basis. If a case review is not available, there is unfortunately nothing else that can be done.

Well there was a holiday and so many of them may have had or took the day off so responses may be delayed.

If you feel the service is trash then it might be worth while to review other options

That’s such **** being at the mercy of them. It’s been almost two days and they said 24hrs?! Who knows if they are even looking at it and are going to make me wait 2 weeks, for something I didn’t do. It’s also bull that there’s no way to get ahold of and
explain tour side. This is ridiculous. Pay for a service that’s trash. Go back to PS4.
