    Ok so i understand xbox live rules and code of conduct. I am an honest player and not rude. I do not harass players AT ALL. I dont cheat AT ALL. I have been suspended 3 times on my account. The first time was about 6 years ago when i wrote to some that
    they were [mod removed] because they were trolling me (i dont have a mic so no voice chat). The message was flagged and it came up in my report and i served that suspension. I was suspended for 24 hours for that offense and since then i have not done anything
    of the sort. I was suspended 2 more times but these times were false!!!! The first of the 2 was a few months ago i was attempting to post in xbox “Looking For Groups” requesting help with a game and the profanity filter kept coming up saying that i was attempting
    to write something profane. Just to be clear...the post was a typical post nothing wrong at all it read something like “need help with my mc businesses and terrorbyte missions”....thats it!! Profanity filter kept being activated when i attempted to post and
    i kept trying to figure out which word was being flagged as profanity. It ultimately lead to my SECOND SUSPENSION!!!! This time it was for 3 days!!! I wasnt allowed to appeal the case so i simply accepted the consequences and did the small writing thing about
    “why i wont break the rules again” within that assignment...i wrote an explaination to support to make them aware that this was a false suspension but no one ever got back so on my account it said i had 2 suspensions at this point. My newest suspension was
    given less than an hour ago for 7 days!!! What was i banned for???? Apparently i harassed a player or used profanity....unlike the first time when this kind of suspension was legitimately taken against my account....there was no message flagged in the report
    that shows what exactly i did or said to gain the disciplinary action!! Im guessing because of the accumulated false suspensions this suspension has been increased exponentially. Is there anyone i can talk to about this and getting my account status corrected?!
    I have sent in a case review request but i dont know how soon theyll get back to me or if they’ll even remove the suspension!!! I need to speak to someone to corect these issues at once!

    So basically i have no access to my xbox live features for possibly 3 days the policy until they decide whether they will remove an unfair suspension on my account? At the very least is anyone aware of a method to contact the enforcement officials to possibly
    have the other false flag on my account removed? This is adding to my dilemma because that false action, which at the time i thought was harmless and not worth appealing has seemingly given me a significantly longer suspension. My account is very solid and
    ive been without issue for 7 year old account besides these false reports by players who i dont know and whom ive seemingly upset in ways that i never intended or expected but which lead to a cynical report and ultimate suspension. Though this is only a 7
    day ban i am very upset because it will no doubt be left on my record and will be used against me as evidence of rule breaking history when i do not!!!!!!!!

    There is no exact turnaround time for their response, but it can typically take around 72 hours since they have to re-investigate everything. They will also sometimes post what you were suspended for in their response.

    I did but i have no response yet. It has been an hour and how long do they typically take to respond. I am upset that ive been banned in the first place but even more upset that ive not even been notified as to what action lead to my suspension yet i am
    expected to make an appeal?? This system confuses me. It says i harassed someone or something (which i have not! I speak to players respectfully on xbox and if support can truly see my history and messages that ive sent they can see that i do not use profanity
    nor am i rude when players troll me. This is absolutely unfair.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and a case review is the only way to contact them. You'll have to wait or their response.
