falsely suspended from xbox communiation

Rule of thumb - if you wouldn't say it to your boss, a judge or a priest, don't say it over Xbox!

You state in your post that your suspension is only for one day, which you indicate correctly that there really isn't anything that can be done. It would not be subject to a case review.

As to what happened - there is no such thing as a "false suspension". If your account was suspended, it was because Microsoft has evidence of an infraction coming from your account. A report from a player merely triggers an investigation, and it is not taken
word-for-word.

Let's say someone files a report on you and says "you said a dirty word" or "you were cheating". Microsoft then reviews your account to see if you did indeed say a dirty word or did indeed do something that can't be done unless it's through cheating. If they
find no evidence of it (you didn't say that word, and you didn't cheat), then the report is disregarded and you aren't suspended.

Since it is just a one-day suspension, it's considered a minor offense, but again, there is a basis in fact for it.

There isn't a legitimate list of words you can or cannot say on Xbox live out there. Basically, if its inappropriate, its not ok. Even with friends, you can get a suspension if they report you. The Code of Conduct doesn't have it written any where saying
that it is ok to use profanity with your friends. The thing is the enforcement team doesn't go looking into every message everyone sends, they go by reports. Afterwards they investigate the report.

I am wondering wich words count as "dirty word" and how they sort out wich words are send to a friend in a fun way because i dont cheat and i havent insulted people. been using xbox app for not very long.
