Falsely suspended from playin live for 2 weeks? Someone please help.

Hi everyone, my name is Zach and this is my 1st post here. So about 3 days ago on the 16th of January, i recieved a (well deserved) communication suspension, for messaging a few others, after a couple games, some unpolite message telling them about what
i thought of their skill level. I understand the communication suspension completely, i was chilidish to message others telling them that i thought they suck. Yesterday, however, i was minding my own business playing nba2k17 MyPark, and this certain guy came
to play me about 3 times in a row. After beating him the 3rd time, he sent me a message saying i was cheating and that im trash, etc. I reported him to xbox live, with the comment "rude message" in the report. About 2 minutes go by, and i get a message from
xbox live enforcment, and i got kicked offline. When i went to review my enforment history, i found this:

Now, like i said, i completely understand the communication suspension, and it seriously taught me the lesson to just keep my opinion to myself over xbox and to just have fun and play the game. But, i feel completely cheated here with this. I spend money
every month so i can play online, and i recieve a 2 week suspension for reporting rude messages like the one that got me communication suspended? Ive asked others about this and thought about it quite a bit the past day, and can come to no reasonable conclusion
as to why i receieved a 2 week multiplayer suspension for harassment/abuse/threats WHILE i am communication suspended, other than it being a mistake. All help woulf be highly appreciated, really trying to get to the bottom of and fix this ASAP, Please and

False reports

Someone has been getting me suspended via using multiple accounts to falsely report me for no reason whatsoever. Any suggestions to help me out?

 

Suspended for cheating and I've never cheated

I have been suspended from Xbox live for 2 WEEKS!! It saying I was cheating, I have never done anything with mods or hacks on games please someone help me! I'm off for summer holidays tomorrow!! And my account just got suspended

Any report filed against you has to be investigated which takes time so you were probably suspended for something that happened several weeks ago.

While you do pay for xbox live you also agree to abide by the ToU/CoC & agree to any consequences if you are caught breaking the rules,including the suspension of your account.
