    Falsely suspended ambassador


    A couple of months ago I was suspended for two days or so because this player from a group post reported me because they got angry with me during a game of Fortnite. I do not know the specific reason for what they reported me for. And then I was kicked
    from the ambassador program after suspension due to the player reporting me. I enjoyed the problem and I want to see if I could get back in somehow since it was false. Any ideas?

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. I am sorry to hear that you got removed from the program for breach of the Terms of Use. At the time of the ban, if rightfully wrong. You should have requested a case review with the Enforcement team, to get the ban
    overturned unfortunately.

    Xbox Ambassador Program Terms of Use:

    If an account's Xbox Ambassador status is removed due to an enforcement action from the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team, that account will be unable to rejoin the XA unless the enforcement
    is overturned via the Case Review process.

    Report team needs to do a better job

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for you to be suspended for being "falsely reported"

    I suggest you to follow the instructions of the previous ambassador to check your suspension

    Xbox Ambassadors Who Abuse Status

    As an ambassador you should know that the enforcement team do not use the forums.You should also know that the enforcement team investigate all reports so if someone does file a false report nothing will happen.

    In fact,if someone keeps filing false reports then they run the risk of being suspended for abusing the reporting system.

    If you think someone is abusing the report function or their ambassador status then report them via your console

    Customer support and the forums do not have access to Enforcement records in order to assist you.

    Case reviews are available on an eligibility basis. If a case review is not available, there is unfortunately nothing else that can be done.

    Well there was a holiday and so many of them may have had or took the day off so responses may be delayed.

    If you feel the service is trash then it might be worth while to review other options
