Falsely reported and banned for 4 months

iv been falsely reported and suspended and ban before, about 10 times now. just usually short periods of time so never bothered me. but to have a communication ban placed on you, then wake up the next morning to find out you been ban till june 23/17, for
harrassment/communication violation WHILE YOU WERE SLEEPING! is just ridiculous, i tried to submit a case review and it said i tried to many times, but i didnt even get to try it once. im being targeted by trolls and its absolutely unacceptable that I have
to pay the price with months of ban time when iv done nothing wrong. and im clearly being harassed with reports yet here i am the victim, dealing with this junk, while the violators go play with no repercussions for their actions and violations.

Please contact me i want to have this solved and dealt with, preferably before june 23/17.

i dont care if i have the communication ban i rarely use my mic or chat etc. but to be fully ban for a violation that is via communications while on a communication ban while sleeping that is unacceptable!... that needs to be respectively lifted.

My son was banned from communications?

My son was banned from using communication but he only talks to his friends. I am worried he was falsely reported and may be permenantely banned eventually.

So I've been getting falsely reported and I'm scared that I will get banned for doing nothing. Can I receive help if I do end up getting banned for literally being Good and lucky at rainbow 6 siege?

actually you can't be banned while you are sleeping

That's not how suspensions work

And no suspensions don't occur immediately dispite the myths you listed

This is how suspensions actually work

Your only option is to file a case review under enforcement.xbox.com looks like either you clicked on the wrong one remember only one per suspension

Also once a report is filed it is sent to a team they evaluate it click valid or not based on the videos or text of the said action (via the network not users submission)

If valid it is sent to another team for further evaluation this can take a few days

FYI the further suspension is most likely due to further investigation

So time to change your behaviour because multiple violations can lead to a perm ban

Suspensions can be added and compounded and stacked depending on how many violations happened

If you sejt multiple.msgs each one counts as a different violation and if too many that is harassment

SSpamimg reports won't work.and it only drops their accuracy if proven false

All you have to do is go to enforcement.xbox.com and look at the FAQ for the actual proccess

Being suspended doesn't mean multiple violations make you immune from further punishment

Thats would be from further investigations into other reports

You have been given the wrong information.

The enforcement team do not use the forums,filing for a case review via the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/home is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

Anything enforcement related is nothing to do with support so no one here or on chat/phone support can do anything.

Any report filed has to be investigated first which takes time,you would of been suspended for something that happened several weeks ago,not while you were sleeping.

It's extremely rare for a ban/suspension to be issued instantly.

Just wanted to say that what everyone is telling you is right. Bans / suspensions don't happen immediately in most cases. It occurs from previous actions and every action can be disciplined on top of one another if each action is a separate case.
