    This morning I woke up at 11 and woke up to a perma ban but apparently I was reported by [mod removed] for a picture of my face that was marked as offensive content for whatever reason and I somehow lost 8-9+ years of grinding because of a picture of my face that wasn't even offensive and shouldn't be marked offensive when it's literally a pic of my face. I need desperate help i've been trying to deal with this incident all day Microsoft please [[My banned account name is JacksonMcqXL]]

    There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment. You'll have to wait until the enforcement site is fixed to find out why they issued the suspension.
