    So on the 23rd, my friends and I all bought NHL 19 since it was on sale with a great deal. We had created an EASHL Club, and had been playing in our 5th game, when one of our opponents messaged me saying "Reported". I have no idea why, so I asked him,
    and he was confused as to how I was a level 5 player with 3 attributes already. He accused me of "cheating", when this was anything but, I simply leveled up 4 times and received attributes, which I applied to my player. I'd been playing the game for maybe
    3 hours at this point. This person was level 49 and accused me of cheating in order to obtain the lowest level attributes for my already-low level player... are you serious? So anyways, the next day I find out I've been banned for a week, and now I can't participate
    in any EASHL games. This is ludicrous, that I've been banned for another player's lack of basic game knowledge. Is there any support link or # that I can dispute this over?

    Hello Ronnie,

    Sorry for the issue you are having with a suspension. There is no contact number to reach enforcement. The only way to appeal the suspension is to do a case review. If the ban is only 24 hours you will not be able to submit a case review, due to it will
    take longer for them to review it then the bans length. You can go to site provided by the ambassador check your enforcement, if longer than a day fill out the case review. The Enforcement team will review it then give you a decision.

    Are you able to play any Xbox games online? If so, your suspension/ban isn't from Microsoft or the Xbox enforcement team. You would need to contact EA support directly to resolve this. If you're not able to play any games online, or are unsure if you're
    able to, go to enforcement.xbox.com and it will show any actions taken against the account. If it shows everything is fine, then that would confirm it is from EA directly. If it shows there's a current suspension on your account, you can appeal this by going
    to How Do I? Then the option to submit a case review.

    I am sorry the Xbox Enforcement Team does not review forum posts you would need to apply for a case review over at

    Enforcement.xbox.com

    Sign in, Click on the Hammer on the Left and Apply for a Review should be on the right.

    Be sure to review the Code of Conduct before applying

    If the suspention is only for 24 hours applying for a Case Review will not be available.

    After reading your post this sounds like an in-game suspension. If this is the case then you would need to get in touch of EA as they would have been the ones to suspend your in game account and Xbox can't do anything to fix that.

    Now if I miss understood you and you were suspended on Xbox live. Then your only option is to go to
    enforcement.xbox.com and file to have your case reviewed. To file a case review click on the link in this post. The sign in and then click on the orange handshaking image in the
    top left. This will take you to your enforcement history page. Once here click on the option next to your enforcement to file a case review.
