    Falsely banned


    I was trying to trade madden cards so i was making group posts to trade them and i got banned for 10 days then a few days later i go into the enforcement site and i get banned for 14 more days for "soliciting" is it not ok to trade madden cards in the
    madden club. But now every time I click on to appeal my case it loads and says sorry that didn't work so i have to click on the other which puts me on an impossible questionnaire. Please help madden 21 just came out and now i cant even play online games because
    i tried to trade madden cards which is a system in the game and then it wont even let me appeal my case and no it extended form 10 to 21 days and i cant do anything about it but when I report people for booting me offline nothing happens to them. I just dont
    get why people that are Illegalky stealing IPs and scamming are not getting banned but im just trying to make trade group posts on madden and im banned for soliciting then they hit me with 14 more days out of the blue for the same thing they did 7 for. Please
    help they wont let me appeal my case and they keep adding more to my ban when i was just trying to trade on madden 21. Im helpless in this they just keep making it worse for me this isnt fair.

    How do i appeal an xbox live suspension?

    There are no false bans. They investigate before banning, and don't ban without evidence.

    So I was reported for Dosing someone during a game and I didn’t do any such thing will I get banned?

    Enforcement will check and if they find what they say is true then I guess you get banned if what they say is false they may get banned for false accusation

    i got false banned because i checked the history thing and it wasnt there the thing wasnt there and it used to say permanent device ban but i checked the history again and it was gone so i was false banned???

    False ban from xbox live

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support
