    FALSELY BANNED, HELP!


    Please help, I was playing Fortnite and this guy named '***' killed me. I messaged him: "Wow you phased through all my builds" and he then reported me for voice communication and now I'm banned! How does that happen? You can report people and even if they
    did nothing wrong they're banned? If that is the case then that is so stupid, I did nothing wrong. Also, afterwards he started harassing me with messages like: "Get smacked" and "Lol you're banned now." I think if anyone should be banned it's him.

    Be aware, that whenever someone reports you on Xbox Live, the consoles involved will collect data and telemetry and send that in along with the report. In your case it would be the message you sent.

    That report along with the evidence is then reviewed by a real human being, and if you really didn't do anything violating the Code of Conduct, you will not be banned.

    So if you think your ban is unjustified, you need to go to
    https://enforcement.xbox.com     and depending on how long the suspension lasts (it has to be longer than 24 hours), you can file a Case Review.

    That case review is then again read by a human being, and they will then review the evidence from the original report with your information from the case review.

    If you could provide evidence that the suspension was unjustified, they can then un-suspend you.
