    Falsely banned from communication


    I was banned for 3 weeks and I have no clue why.... I left for a tournament and let my brother play my xbox while i was gone and I think he may have said or did something to get me banned... if he did is there any way I could know
    and get it lifted? I’m trying to comeback after a week and play xbox but I can’t talk to any of my friends and eashl on NHL18 won’t even work. If you can’t lift it or don’t believe me I fully understand and my brother will never touch my xbox again.

    My son was banned from communications?

    My son was banned from using communication but he only talks to his friends. I am worried he was falsely reported and may be permenantely banned eventually.

    Nope as you are responsible for your account at all times

    There is no reason to be sharing accounts on xbox one

    False communication ban?

    I appreciate your reply truly but it doesn’t really help me. The details description in the message notification said “no details given”. Which makes me feel like the ban if for giggles considering is was just a pic of cell anyway. But is there a way xbox support or webchat bot could get me a person to help with this. And yes i know I can’t contact the enforcement team I wouldn’t want to anyway clearly their judgment is lacking.

    If a game allows trading, you can only do so in-game. Trading outside of in-game mechanics is not allowed per the code of conduct you agreed to.
