Falsely Banned For Marketplace Theft

So I've had my xbox for years, the only violations I've ever had are from when I was young and dumb and was being a jerk messaging people when they made me angry. Now, out of nowhere after not having played my xbox for quite some time I have a permanent ban for marketplace theft. The only time I've had any issues with the marketplace was when my account was hacked and the hacker made several purchases for fortnite vbucks using my debit card so I called support and got a refund which took a week of effort and constant communication with microsoft. The last time I made any purchases at all was when my pc broke and I was playing assassins creed on my xbox so I purchased the bundle that was on sale with Valhalla, Odyssey and Origins even though I already owned Origins, I just wanted the other two games. That was on April 7th and the ban was issued last night at 6pm CST. The incident where my account was hacked took place over a year ago. What is going on? Why was I banned and how can I get this appealed? This is infuriating and unjust.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review.

They refused to provide me with any further information and denied my appeal. I am livid. Hundreds of dollars in games, subscriptions, an xbox one and xbox 360 and controllers. All of that time gone, my childhood memories and saved game data gone. The friends I made gone. This is unbelievable. I am done with Xbox. I get hacked and report it to them and ask to be refunded the money that was stolen from me and I get banned for it?? Am I just supposed to be like "oh well there goes $200 something that I needed to fix my car and pay for gas so I can get to work" and not report it or do anything about it? This is ridiculous.

sorry you will have to post in the suspension/ban forum nobody else can help you tell you why you were banned for Marketplace Theft, and that type of ban is not a temp one they perm ban accounts for Marketplace Theft.

They can ban for marketplace theft.

Bans for marketplace theft are usually permanent. and if the ban is older than 12months there is nothing that can be done.
