    Falsely banned for account tempering


    Hi, my name is Maikel, I was hacked about a week ago and my account was put through the account recovery escalation, the next morning my Xbox account was banned for Account Tempering even though I have no software or knowledge to mod anything on my account. I talked to a support agent and they said since they did not see anything malicious on my account that the banned could have been triggered due to the account recovery process. I put in an appeal and they said it was warranted. If anyone can help me from the Enforcement Department please do, I would never do anything to break TOS, and I put a lot of money onto the account. I got my account banned because I wanted to protect my account from a hacker and I don't think that was fair. Please help. Thank you

    Hi there,

    since you did have contact with support about the account recovery, and they said that it could be triggered by account recovery, I do suggest trying to contact Support again and see if they can advise on how to contact enforcement since you won't be able to 'appeal' a second time.

    all it shows me is that there is a ban on my account for something I did not do, is there another way to contact them?
