Falsely accused for being “offensive”

Ive been suspended three times now for being “offensive”. The first time, I knew I did something wrong by cussing. But the last two times, I havent said anything bad to anyone what so ever. It says a bunch of people have reported me, but that really shouldn't matter
because Im being honest. Someone killed me at 1 HP on Fortnite and I told them “Just bc I was at 1 HP and you killed me doesn't mean youre better than me and its also not very nice to dance on someone.” How is that offensive? A dude in a squads match that
didnt help us what so ever I sent him this: “Learn to help your teammates bud, we needed you there.” And I always told them GG anyways. ^ Thats all I remember saying that could be considered “offensive”.

^Neither have I so we must be doing something right? Although, I know that some people did get falsely accused of being a Bad Sport when this system first debuted and for that, I apologize if you find the above comment insulting or offensive.

Im going to end up moving to Playstaion because they actually CHECK the messages being sent is what Ive seen from my experience.

For any suspension issued by the Enforcement Team, you'll need to go to
https://enforcement.xbox.com/ for info, or to submit a case review if you feel the suspension is not correct.

Only an Enforcement team member can respond to the suspensions they issue, and they don't use the forums.

What if some users report me for a false accusation, whether it’s an egrigous or communications offense, and results in a permanent suspension. Will the enforcement team be able to lift that suspension and suspend those accountable of doing such a thing?
The reason I ask this is because I’m much aware of the situtation of behaving properly and respecting the Code of Conduct. However, there are people who abuse the file complaint or report system and might get vulnerable people suspended from false accusations.
