    My xbox one console is about four months old now and it worked only for the first three weeks then it said i was banned from xbox live, I did not do anything to receive any ban, I reported this one week after i got banned and made a post here before and
    have been in contact with the support chat many times and they said you guys were working on this case and should be done in two weeks tops, that was about one and a half month ago and i just want to know when my console will be working again since they said
    you guys were the ones that places the bans i thought you could be able to un-ban falsely banned consoles. I haven't got any help at all in 3 months so if i don't get help now either I will go out to media and that might hurt microsoft so i really don't want
    to do that but might actually have to.

    False Console Ban!

    banned and bought from gamestop like in that suggested thread. And i found out my local gamestop has been shut down. How very conveniant!!

    No one here works for Microsoft & the enforcement team don't read the forums.

    Not sure what support told you but they are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

    Unless it's a 30 day console suspension then all console bans are permanent.

    You'll have to OP, but the media don't care either. But if you were to stand outside MS office holding a sign for weeks on end. You may not only draw media attention, but other protesters as well, esp in a political year.

    I would have bought a new console the day I knew nothing was getting done. (that's if I wanted one)
