    My account has been suspended, my friend messaged Hasty who is the person who reported me of false actions. Hasty said he reported me and got be banned because "I thought it would be funny and it was," from what my friend has told me. I have done nothing
    wrong I have good reputation on my xbox account and I am really upset that this happened for my account. I would be glad if my account got un suspended by the end of the day. Thank you for everything.

    False suspension

    If you believe the other plays that "verbally abused" you in the party, then there was probably a code violation on their part. If so, then you can report them players selecting their gamertags in recently played players and select the report option. this
    will go to the enforcement team and be investigated.

    False suspension

    Hello DGylling

    You must sign in there with your account "where the Moderator
    Leonzo G says" and there you will find an orange hammer on the first page that you would click on and it will
    show you your enforcement history and if the suspension is eligible there would be a link there to click on to file for a
    case review.

    A case review will allow you to appeal your suspension which an enforcement agent will look at your case again and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

    The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct. If your friend had been the one to send a message on your account, you are still
    responsible for everything done on your account.

    Hey there Mr Clappy Feet,

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

    Case Review
    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
    that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    , however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

    Code of Conduct
    , which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    You can't. A case review is the only way to contact them. If they upheld your suspension, there is nothing else you can do.

    But you can't directly contact the enforcement team through their website so you've basically just told this guy and the rest of us to shut up and wait for the ban to be lifted, thanks a lot. You do your job really well.
