False suspension. Please read and FIX THIS, THIS IS ABSURD!

I run a dayz community server on xbox and i advertise it through the looking for group posts so other players can become aware of the server existence and decide if they want to try it out, i revieved a 2 day com ban for this exact post "Deathlands RP/PVP-Raid weekends, M&K, 24/7 pvp, 2 custom traders, custom bases, factions, events+more! That post is literally an advertisement to advertise my dayz server that i pay a MONTHLY fee for. Being the server owner and having to manage everything I am now losing players from my server because I am not able to communicate with them to fix errors, issues etc. This is not only stopping me from being able to play but hurting my server that I pay money for.

There is no harmful play in the post, i dont post in anymore than every 20 minutes (which by then the post is already way at the bottom of the page) theres no threatening things in the post, its simply advertisement. My only thought is because its the NAME of "deathlands" again not harmful, just a name!

I cant even get an explanation from the enforcement team to why my post was flagged so I can prevent it from ever happening again.

I have been with xbox for 15+ years, have only broke terms one time ever for cursing at someone when i was younger (recieved a 2 day coms ban, my fault) but ever since I have done absolutely everything to prevent myself from ever getting a com ban again, playing xbox is all I do. Not being able to communicate with others ruins my whole gameplay, especially when owning and operating a game server!!

Please microsoft do something about this and fix this, if i actually violated rules id understand, but No explanations even to where I went wrong?????????!!!!!

Also nowhere in the code of conduct or terms of service did i find that it was against the rules to post advertisements for game servers. I mean, it is for the game...

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. LFG posts are only meant for looking for people to play a game with. Advertising anything in them is not allowed.

Everybody in the dayz looking for group advertises servers, thats literally all the dayz looking for groups are. I have also been advertising for well over a year for my server (last 2 months since the server name change) i have never gotten a violation for advertising and have never heard of anyone else. I have heard many other reasons to why people have recieved suspensions while posting but it was for keyword things (vulgar or illegal things) i have been in contact now with microsoft 3 times because there is no option for an appeal, i wouldnt be so mad if they gave me an explanation but when i cant even get that its quite frustrating. This is coming from a 15+ year member

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
