False Suspension - Gamerpic

Hi There,

My xbox live account was suspended on the 9th of July 2017 for breaching the code of conduct when uploading a custom gamerpic via the beta xbox program on windows. The picture was not inappropriate and was not breaching the code of conduct in any way. I can
provide the picture to prove this. I can see one thing in the picture that may confuse people, the necklace on the person. It says 'DTCK' and not what you think when you glance at it.

I am not worried about not having access to xbox for one day, but I am worried about my next suspension for actually doing something, and then getting a seven day suspension. Also I am worried about the custom gamerpic feature, as it is still in beta from
my understanding.

Can I please have an actually person review my suspension, and possibly get it cleared from my account, rather than a AI?

I have spoken to an xbox ambassador who provided me with a phone number to contact xbox, but the call center was unable to help me, and refereed me here.

You can check to be sure your suspension has lifted at enforcement.xbox.com. What is the error you get when you try to change it?

 

False suspension

If you believe the other plays that "verbally abused" you in the party, then there was probably a code violation on their part. If so, then you can report them players selecting their gamertags in recently played players and select the report option. this
will go to the enforcement team and be investigated.

Unfortunately I am not able to submit a case review, and I this seems to be the only place I can contact anyone, or submit a ticket

If it was a 24 hour suspension then you wouldn't be eligible for a case review.

There's nothing anyone here can do.Your suspension was issued by a person,not AI.

All suspensions are issued by a person who investigates the case before serving a ban/suspension.
