False suspend (Xbox Enforcement)

I was falsely suspended on my account. I already have read all the terms the service and the reason why I was suspended but I have evidence from messages from other players to my brother to show why I was falsely suspended . The reason I was in the first
place was from my little brothers friends getting mad at my brother from games via Grand Theft Auto, Minecraft, Call of Duty Black ops 2 and etc. where they would falsely repost my brother from kicking them out the party or not wanting to play with them or
as in destroying something in a game they were playing with I can justify why these actions were not the cause of my brother or I to get our profile suspended.

So I was playing Fortnite, I won first place. But then this dude named "AdderallAdmiral", start messaging me saying "scrub" "you have no game skill" "you're a bad player", "I'm cancer" and stuff like that. Then I tell him one simple word that doesn't offend
anyone, I say " you're dumb for thinking building takes no skill". Then guess what, I GET COMMUNICATION BANNED. Awesome job Xbox. I'm posting this because I want to get uncommunication banned. Its not fair how he called me names several of times, and I called
him dumb, once, but I get banned. Please fix this. Edit: This is one picture of him calling me names. There's plenty of more name calling when I scroll down.

and I have no way to contact enforcement and I was falsely suspended I cant log in and I already filed out a ticket they upheld

You dont get suspended simply due to false reports. In fact anyone filing false reports are subject be being suspended themselves since filing false reports is against the terms of service/code of conduct.

All reports are investigated before any action is taken. If your brother believed the suspension was made by mistake then he can file for a case review while logged into the suspended account and enforcement.xbox.com

That is the only to contact the enforcement team as they don't use the forums and wont see this.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Any report filed is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.You do not get suspended for false reports,in fact anyone who makes a habit of filing false reports risks being suspended themselves.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling why the account was suspended or you can check on the enforcement site

As it's a 24 hour suspension you can't file for a case review.

you did everything you could do. You can't be suspended for false reports, every report is checked by the enforcement team so ban are always for a reason.
