False reports

    These reports need to start having proof. There's way too many false reports. Xbox's can record for a reason. Make these people send in video proof of the offense (or audio/picture), and then decide if there was actually foul play. Stop assuming everybody
    is guilty all the time, please!

    Something needs to be done about all this crap. I haven't played on xbox live for over a month and last time I checked my rep everything was 0% in my communications and Behavior. Then suddenly I played Borderlands 2, never took any weapons and items because
    I don't need anything they got, I rather earn it myself. Next day internets out, and hears the new day internets back up. Got bored checked my rep its says 33% unsporting!!!??? very infuriating.... And there's no way to get justice...

    False reports

    Every report is investigated by the XBLPET before an act of suspension is enforced. Anyway in case of an enforcement you can ask for a case review if eligible: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    I should've been more specific. I am talking about the reputation system, because many people get into "avoid me" reputation for outlandish reports. It would be very hard to believe that these reports are being investigated. If they are, then they need
    to do a lot better job. Sincerely, a teetering member of the Xbox community.

    Falsely reported

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to submit a case review for 24 hour suspensions. You will have to wait it out.

    Yeah stop breaking the rules

    And dispite what you say spamming reports doesn't get you suspended

    You don't know who or what exactly got you in trounle

    There is no stature of limitations on violations of the terms of use

    Live life and play fair.it is that simple

    Also keep it clean

    Everything must be rated e for everyone including private chat or party

    Chances are you were suspended for something you did weeks or even months ago.

    An email should of been sent to the address linked to your account telling why & how long you were suspended for.

    You can also log in here
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo     to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if the suspension is longer than 24 hours.
