False Reports Effecting Reputation

Currently there is nothing you can do if you are falsely reported. No case review, no one to contact to investigate the false reports and correct the mistake. These quotes are directly from the Enforcement website:

"The reputation system is designed to be resilient and to prevent abuse from other players. There are a number of protections put in place to ensure that other users are not unfairly affecting your reputation score. Reputation takes into account a wide range
of data points, of which community feedback is only one component. However, in order to ensure the security and integrity of the reputation system and Xbox Live, we cannot divulge specific reputation protections."

"Though your reputation score can be impacted after accumulating legitimate negative feedback, spamming someone with unwarranted or baseless complaints (even from a large number of players) will not unfairly result in a lower reputation."

I believe I received 2 false reports that put me back into Avoid Me rep. I believe I received these reports from 2 players that were BULLYING me online. They treated me poorly in-game, proceeded to message me, and then I noticed my rep went down. I checked
the enforcement page to check my status, and I had 2 new reports on my record.

I was working my way out of Avoid Me, making great progress, making sure I was very respectful to everyone I played with. I get falsely reported and I'm back to square one.

Clearly the reputation system is flawed. I should at least be able to contact the Enforcement Team, or submit an appeal, or do something... but nothing can be done. Xbox Live support cannot help.

Something needs to change.

Regards of the rep system being broken

If I rack up many reports in a short period of time, will my reputation automatically go down? No, your reputation will not go down until someone from the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team reviews the reports. If the reports are false, they will have no
impact on your reputation. If the reports are confirmed, your reputation score

so you got caught breaking the rules .. accept and move on

 

Reputation is low, can't join multiplayer games. I think false feedback might be an issue.

I need help with my reputation score. I think people are sending in false reports on my account.
So yesterday my reputation turned 'Bad' then today it turned to, 'avoid me'. I think someone on twitch might've gotten their followers to mass report me or something? I don't know. I need a mod to help me find out how my reputation has dropped so so fast.
I contacted support at xbox.com and chatted with a live support agent, but they referred me here. If they are false reports sent en masse, or something similar, can we please reverse the abusive damage done by those false reports? Please help. My email is:

This is why at the end of next month I'm going back to Playstation because of Xbox's reputation which will NEVER change or get better! I been with xbox for 2 1/2 years now and been suspended 4 times and I have had enough! It's ok though because most of my
friends and co workers already are Playstation users or like myself made the switch. Playstation does not have this kind of ban system. We pay good money for all the consoles,headsets,battery chargers,extra controllers, games and this is there way of saying
thanks, " your banned from messages or can't find a multiplayer match. Luckly I have a great job and can afford this with no problem but kind of feel sorry for the people who don't have extra money to make the switch. But just the other day I was a my local
GameStop and the lady in there told myself people are trading in there Xbox one's like crazy for this exact same reason. They have so many Xbox's they had to ship them out to other locations because it was taking up so much room in there back room. I can't
wait to make the switch back, bunch of sore losers on Xbox and kids that the parents use the gaming system to be there baby sitter and not watch what there even doing on it. Xbox's loss in my eye's!

 

It's also amazes myself while being in a multiplayer game where you here young adults non stop talking about drug use and other TOS violations and yet they get away with it. Makes you wonder who the enforcement team are! I been gaming longer than most these
kids been alive and it is cool how far they came in upgrades to the games but the companies don't care as long as there making money and people who complain but don't do anything about it, well I work for my money and I'll take it else where!
