False reports are ruining my reputation!

I play an unpopular character in a popular game (Bastion in Overwatch). About every third match someone who hates the character says they are going to report me for throwing. They get very hostile and aggressive.

I am not throwing the game, I am just playing a character they don't like. I have myself muted in chat and just listen. I don't send offensive messages.

I report them for hostile, aggressive, and offensive language. And they report me for (I'm guessing) unsporting behavior: throwing the game. This happens often because a lot of people don't like the character I play. But I am playing the game, I just want
to play the character I like.

Now my reputation is "Needs Work" and it is only going to continue down. This is extremely unfair. I cant file a case review because I haven't been banned or anything yet. But I would love to get this fixed before I get banned. Check my chats, my messages,
my reports, reports against me, my play stats. Check anything. It will show that I am being unfairly reported and my reputation is suffering due to it.

Please help. The system is being abused to hurt someone that is just trying to play the game.

Reputation is low, can't join multiplayer games. I think false feedback might be an issue.

I need help with my reputation score. I think people are sending in false reports on my account.
So yesterday my reputation turned 'Bad' then today it turned to, 'avoid me'. I think someone on twitch might've gotten their followers to mass report me or something? I don't know. I need a mod to help me find out how my reputation has dropped so so fast.
I contacted support at xbox.com and chatted with a live support agent, but they referred me here. If they are false reports sent en masse, or something similar, can we please reverse the abusive damage done by those false reports? Please help. My email is:

Regards of the rep system being broken

If I rack up many reports in a short period of time, will my reputation automatically go down? No, your reputation will not go down until someone from the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team reviews the reports. If the reports are false, they will have no
impact on your reputation. If the reports are confirmed, your reputation score

so you got caught breaking the rules .. accept and move on

 

it's not being abused you just don't get it

Reputation has nothing to do with your opinion but others of you

You refused to work with your team so you get a unsportmanlike report and it comes up as valid if you cant work within your team leave and join private or another lobby that you caj work with which makes the report very valid

Teamwork is part of the sportmanship

Not working with your team makes you an non team player it's not rocket science dispite what you think

Arguing and.going against your teammates is a valid.unsportmanlike behaviour so tell us

Throwing means not trying to win. Doing nothing or killing yourself on purpose. Blizzard has said reporting people just for playing an off-meta hero is not appropriate. People are allowed to play who they want, as long as they aren't cheating, throwing,
or being hostile.

 

That's the point.You are playing a team based game & not talking to your team which can be deemed unsportsmanlike.

But they don't report me for not communicating. And they don't report the other people who aren't in chat. I used to talk in chat but I cant anymore because people get too hostile and I cant deal with it. Should I be getting reported because I don't want

Not sure why you keep quoting things from Blizzard,they are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live.
