False reports and Hackers

I was recently suspended by Xbox live because someone put a false report on me and I've had no help from anyone and ever since Ive gotten suspended I've been spammed from false accounts and now I just ran into a hacker online and I couldn't do anything about
because I can't message anyone, so I want to know what's the point of Xbox live saftey if I get suspended because someone put false reports on me but yet a hacker can just go around ruining my gaming experience. Can somebody please help because I'm getting
tired of this and I'm blaming this trash called "xbox enforcement" my Gamertag is and I've been a subscriber since early 2011 so if something doesn't get done I might have to sue for false advertisement of safety precautions.

FALSE REPORTS AND SUSPENSIONS

I am literally not sending any messages on any of my accounts and I am receiving suspensions. Enforcement says that my messages contain abusive language and harassment, but I assure you that it is NOT TRUE. I have been receiving false reports and someone
needs to look at my account. I rarely send messages and I mostly talk to friends, NOTHING I have done relates to trolling/harassment/profanity/abusive threats. No one has my account info but me.

A few days ago I literally made a new account and the only thing I did was change the gamertag to something APPROPRIATE and the next time I sign into it, I get a suspension notfication. I really need some help, this is driving me crazy.

Every report gets investigated before an enforcement act is issued by XBLPET so rest assured there is no chance of a suspension caused by spam reporting. If you have spotted a person that has tampered with the system you don't need to message anyone just
report that person or block him from your console.

I don't believe this whatsoever, I got suspended for something that was in compliance with the CoC and ToU, False reports are very common and sometimes do work against the person who's reported, especially if it's a mass report, And I can confirm this because
I can show all the things I had, of course mine was a "Gamerpic" suspension, but surely not all are investigated.

And I have been looking nore into this rep thing and it says you guys have made reassures that prevent false reports, the reason my rep had fallen was because of false cheating reports. I can absolutely not stand cheaters and hackers, as well as I have
never cheated in a game and I would like to know why my I got my reputation down from the false reports.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to submit a case review for 24 hour suspensions. You will have to wait it out.

And dispite what you say spamming reports doesn't get you suspended

You don't know who or what exactly got you in trounle

There is no stature of limitations on violations of the terms of use
