False reporting

I am asking on behalf of friend who has been falsely reported to xbxl. She has a week suspension on her account. She was not reported because of a legitimate reason(not an opinion). She plays one game with 8 people who she is friends with. 7 people have
been ruled out as the cause of her suspension. As someone who is being falsely accused we'd like to know what recourse she has to correct the issue. The reasons given for being reported are all lies and have no basis in fact. The reason for the reporting being
a lie is the fact thats she is the target because of an argument that happened. But she was never rude, mean, insulting or used foul language toward anyone in that argument and the argument was not related to something she did in game or said in game. But
the person who reported her is a third party acquaintance and made up lies to get her banned. Please provide advice as to the next steps to get her ban lifted as it was inappropriately placed against her account. As it was retribution by the third party.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to submit a case review for 24 hour suspensions. You will have to wait it out.

And dispite what you say spamming reports doesn't get you suspended

You don't know who or what exactly got you in trounle

There is no stature of limitations on violations of the terms of use

Chances are you were suspended for something you did weeks or even months ago.

An email should of been sent to the address linked to your account telling why & how long you were suspended for.

You can also log in here
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if the suspension is longer than 24 hours.
