False Reporting?

    False Reporting?


    So today during a game of War Pigeons i got a msg from somebody saying they had reported me for cheating and being unsporting. I replied with a 'LOL' but then i started to look into the whole issue, which is when i discovered the whole 'Reputation' system.

    Their profile had the 'Avoid Me' warning so i'm not overly concerned, however the rep system appears to be built soley on numbers, which would leave it open to abuse.

    So i've been reading a few of the discussions on here but i'm not really satisfied with the answers.

    Has anyone got any experience of what action Microsoft takes, if any, to investigate false reports and abuses of the the reporting system?

    Account Banned Falsely

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    Falsely reported

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to submit a case review for 24 hour suspensions. You will have to wait it out.

    Yeah stop breaking the rules

    And dispite what you say spamming reports doesn't get you suspended

    You don't know who or what exactly got you in trounle

    There is no stature of limitations on violations of the terms of use

    Live life and play fair.it is that simple

    Also keep it clean

    Everything must be rated e for everyone including private chat or party

    False Reporting

    Chances are you were suspended for something you did weeks or even months ago.

    An email should of been sent to the address linked to your account telling why & how long you were suspended for.

    You can also log in here
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo     to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if the suspension is longer than 24 hours.

    its ridiculous how little they do bring back the good old days of the pro who would join lobbies and ban their consoles
