Discus and support false reporting by friend in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i would like to have this resolved or if not shortened to 1 day if that is possible. thanks if you can fix this support team. and hope me friend...     i would like to have this resolved or if not shortened to 1 day if that is possible. thanks if you can fix this support team. and hope me friend never reports anyone falsely again for jokes.

    Got my third communication ban from my friends reporting me, and every time I report them with the comment "False Reporting" and still nothing...... still waiting

    False Reporting

    If someone harasses you online just report that person or block them from further abuse. If your son is a minor I suggest you to create a minor's account for him.

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is handed over so rest assured if your son has done nothing against the Code of Conduct you have nothing to worry about.

    Have your friend report these players and block them. Do not retaliate in messages or you'll get the risk of being suspended.

    To report someone who has sent you an inappropriate text or voice message:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Parties & chats > Chats.
    2. Select the conversation where the inappropriate message is located, and then select More > Report person.
    3. Choose your category and reason for the report. Make sure that you choose the most accurate category, as this detail is important to ensure Xbox Safety can investigate the issue properly.
    4. Select Add comment to provide more info, and then select Submit.
