False Reported On Xbox Live?

Hello. Recently I got banned from communicating on xbox live for 2 weeks meaning I can’t go in parties or message anyone and anything like that. this did come to a suprise to me because im not a toxic xbox player, I dont cuss at people, I dont rage and
send mean messages at all im not like that. Like I said I dont even cuss on xbox so finding out I was communication banned was super interesting to me as I dont do anything like that. So I opened a case with xbox enforcement giving a huge couple paragraphs
explaining how I dont even cuss on xbox nor do I send anything bad to anyone so I was assuming a false report had taken place and I wanted to get the 2 week ban taken off. Well the enforcement team replies with them saying they had proof of me calling someone
a “****” and that was not allowed and so he closed the case and did not let me reply. Is there anyone I could talk to about this case because not only do I not cuss on xbox live I would never! say that to someone. not even think about it. and somehow they
have proof of me doing it? im just curious where the proof is because i can guarantee that i have never said that ever not in voice chat not in any messages and i can promise you guys there is no proof of that is it has never happened. i was wondering if i
could get help with this please? i have been falsly banned before and i was not helped last time but this time i wanted to bring it to the xbox forums and ask you guys. I dont cuss on xbox and i would never call somebody that. thank you.

After a report is filed they review text and audio chat logs, and a 2 week ban is steep enough that they found something. I'd suggest maybe even though something might not be offensive to you, it was to someone?

There is noone else that can go on my console and I do have the passkey that you have to put in to go into my account. This is super odd and they told me the reason was because I said “****” when i know for a fact I never have so thats just dumb. I know
i have not done that so it must be a false report.

Unfortunately the only people that handle suspensions whether it be putting them on or taking them off are the xbox enforcement team.

The only way to contact them is through the case review process.

They do not monitor these forums.

Honestly there is no such thing as a false report.

When a report is made by another player someone on the enforcement team looks at it and determines if their was a violation of the code of conduct and if there was then they put t suspension onto the account.

If there was no violation of the code of conduct then they would not put the suspension onto the account.

What a case review does it has another enforcement agent look at the report and determine if the original agent made the correct decision and if they did then they uphold the decision. At that point that is the final decision and nothing more can be done
about it.

Is it possible someone else may have gotten onto your xbox console and profile and sent a message that violated the code of conduct and you did not know about it?

Keep in mind if this is what happened that you are responsible for all actions that are done on your account and may want to look into locking your account down so that when ever you sign in you would either have to enter in the password or a passkey (a
series of button pushes on the controller) before you or anyone else has access to your account/profile.
