False report

Dear Xbox Enforcement Team,

Hi Xbox, I was coming to talk to you guys about how I was banned for no apparent reason. I was playing a multiplayer game with my friends, then it kicks me out the game. I try joining back but it won't work. Xbox sends me a message that was a Notice
of Enforcement action message. It said that I was banned until October 8th, of 2017, and the category was accusing me of using THREATS, and ABBUSIVE behavior, which on August 22nd, I wasn't banned for using profanity, which I was not able to talk in parties
or send messages, which has happen to me before, so I have been playing on my other account. But the second time I was banned which was today, on August 24th, 2017 should've not happened because it was a false report. My account is . And I would
very much enjoy if you guys could respond. Thank You.

False Reports?

Something needs to be done about all this crap. I haven't played on xbox live for over a month and last time I checked my rep everything was 0% in my communications and Behavior. Then suddenly I played Borderlands 2, never took any weapons and items because
I don't need anything they got, I rather earn it myself. Next day internets out, and hears the new day internets back up. Got bored checked my rep its says 33% unsporting!!!??? very infuriating.... And there's no way to get justice...

 

False Reports?

I got my question and then you chose to come and continue to talk and turn this thread into an argument by murmuring some nonsense on whether I deserved it or not based on what you've seen during your stalking, yeah, I am well aware. If I am suspended and
have been told enforcement can answer my question and they refuse to you're darn right I'm not going to be "Sweet" about it. I'm sorry that you don't know how to voice your emotions, Fembot, but I do. You done? Thanks, have a good one, ta-ta. Threads obviously

No one but an Enforcement team member can respond to any suspension items and they do not use the forums. If you haven't done so already, you can submit a case review
https://enforcement.xbox.com if you feel the suspension is in error.

Keep in mind suspensions are issued only after a report has been investigated. More info on how suspensions are determined can be found here:

Basically while.investigation of your account for the previous ban they found more offences which would be added onto the end of the previous suspension

It's not false just delayed

 

Also,using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct & could result in a permanent ban or even a console ban.
