False report got my communications taken

I was playing the game Dead by Daylight (DBD). During the match i was the killer and i have to kill all four survivors. Well instead of trying to escape me (the killer) they all let themselves die. I was confused as to why do i sent a message to one of
the players asking, “Why did you kill yourselves?” The next day I recieved a message from Xbox saying my communications were banned. I dont know why i was reported and granted its only for a day but i dont want to be held accountable for a misunderstanding

Dead by daylight is definitely a great game that i enjoy playing a lot myself. Sorry to hear you got banned by the reinforcement team. They are not present on this forum, so we can't give you the specific reason why, but my thought would be the wording "k*ll
yourself". That triggers a big red flag. We have to be very aware how we adresse people we engage with online, and be mindfull of how we communicate. The Xbox community covers great gamers all over the world and the user on the other end might not have a good
english vocabulary and misunderstood the message.

Doesn't matter if you used the glitch for 1 minute,it still violates the ToU/CoC.

Same with the "offensive post",it could of just been up for a minute but it was still offensive so violates the rules.

All you can do is log on to the enforcement site HERE & file for a case review if eligible.

In future it's always best to start your own thread instead of posting in someone else's if you have a question.

If the suspension is longer than 24 hours, we recommend to appeal the decision made by the enforcement team. This can be done by submitting a
