False Permanent Suspension (Let's discuss it)

Alright, guys, I understand everything about the enforcement page, just looking to get an unbiased opinion on this topic. I get you all are just gamers like myself and just wanna help people (I used to be an Ambassador a few years ago)

Alright, so, I was permanently suspended for "cheating" I will say this now, I wasn't cheating.

I uploaded a photo from the Xbox App on Windows 10 of a Photoshopped image showing a mod menu on GTA.

I know, clearly it looks bad, I mean, it was meant to fool people and I guess I fooled the enforcement team so they banned me.

I no longer have the original photo but I do have the photo I took the menu from, I've never modded before and all my previous suspensions are communication because I play Siege. Everyone knows
Rainbow Six Siege is toxic.

Additionally you will have to seek the Enforcement Team and discuss the permanent suspension.

How do i appeal an xbox live suspension?

I've been permanently suspended from xbox live, i know the reason and the reason is false so is there anyway of appealing the suspension since i've done nothing wrong.

 

No one here would be able to help you. You need to request a case review at the enforcement page

You need to ask them to review your enforcement page.

Yes, I read it and you would have to do something serious to gain a permanent suspension. Enforcement would investigate any report fully. A photoshopped image alone, would not gain a permanent suspension.

We see many "I did nothing" "I was false reported" threads.

In your post , pre edit, you asked if someone here could contact the enforcement team for you. To which I replied No One Here can contact the enforcement team.

The image you uploaded might have gone against the Code of Conduct thats why the Enforcement team has taken action against your account.

As for the suspension, no one in the forums can help you except direct you to the enforcement team as they are not present in the forums.

 

I'm having a hard time understanding what it is you are asking for. What opinion exactly are you looking for? If you did get falsely banned? If case review works or not?

As others have said, we see so many 'I was falsely reported' and 'I didn't do anything wrong' threads here. The case review exists for appeals like these - so there's no use in people constantly creating these kinds of threads, as no one
on the forums can help with these issues.

Enforcement is able to tell users if and how they broke the terms of service, but we can provide basic clarity around the topic.

 

Yep, we read it but perma-bans aren't easy to get so you only have one option, see if enforcement will help you but beyond there it's not a topic anyone can really help you with. Sorry.

 

I tried their review but I doubt they even read what I had to say, I sent all photos I used to make it look real & the final photo that got me banned, apparently I was cheating still even though I showed proof I wasn't actually cheating.

 

Microsoft apparently has even more evidence to support a permanent suspension. Since it sounds like you did submit a case review and the suspension was upheld, there isn't anything more to do or to discuss, I'm afraid.
