    False permanent banned


    My xbox account vuab has been banned for no reason they said i was making network manipulation threats but showed no proof. The story of what happened is me and my friends were talking to some guy in a xbox prty who said he worked with the enforcment team.
    So we called him out and said he was lying. And i think he got upset cause he said "ok when ur accounts are banned you will see" and of course me aka vuab, and my friends [mod removed] all got banned the very next day. We were all banned within 30 mins of
    eachother. Im not gonna say i wassnt talking some trash and if my account only got com banned that would be fine but me and all my friends lost years of work and our xboxs we paid for cause they banned those to. What im asking is for sum1 from xbox to please
    look into my situation and my friends to thanks. The guy who claimed to ban us is [mod removed] on xbox btw. Also xbox enforcment sent us all the same msg when we put a ticket on our account just some copy and paste grbg

    Enforcement website is not working and I can’t contact support because ms support is trash.

    microsoft needs to go to court for false permanent bans on people.

    i got false banned because i checked the history thing and it wasnt there the thing wasnt there and it used to say permanent device ban but i checked the history again and it was gone so i was false banned???

    Hello, I´m Jamie. an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

    I am sorry this has happened to you and I can totally understand the frustration this has caused you.

    Unfortunately there does seem to be an issue at the moment, where a load of players are receiving false permanently bans on their accounts.

    Microsoft are aware of this and are in fact trying to sort this out.

    What I can suggest for the time being, is to wait a few days and hopefully you will be back to normal.
