    First I just want to point out that just bc I got a false perma ban it doesn't mean that I should go unpunished

    I was playing a game and this guy had an offensive and racist group (Starts with k and ends with k) as his emblem. So I reported him in For Honor. So then during a conversation with this guy I said "I have to report you" and he says "Why" and I say "Bro, you literally have ( Bad Group here) as your emblem. Not even 10 seconds later I'm banned permanently. I think this is a false ban and should not be settled with a perma ban. At the most it should be a 14 day ban. Please Microsoft, understand me, I was offended by his emblem, please at the very least make it a suspension I don't really care I just want my account back.

    Enforcement website is not working and I can’t contact support because ms support is trash.

    microsoft needs to go to court for false permanent bans on people.

    Hello, I´m Jamie. an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

    I am sorry this has happened to you and I can totally understand the frustration this has caused you.

    Unfortunately there does seem to be an issue at the moment, where a load of players are receiving false permanently bans on their accounts.

    Microsoft are aware of this and are in fact trying to sort this out.

    What I can suggest for the time being, is to wait a few days and hopefully you will be back to normal.
