So at first my xbox live account kept getting messages about conduct I never did anything bad and it just said something about treating others the way you want to be treated so I ignored it after that but I kept getting messages and after someone told
me my account was about to be banned I intervened and looked at why. I saw my account was getting accused of offensive comments that got taken down. Here's the thing One it doesn't say what they were which I guess your'e supposed to know what they were since
you posted them. BUT I DIDN'T. The dates it shows these comments were posted I haven't been on my xbox in like a month and a half. I was on it for youtube like a week ago but I didn't post anything. The closest I have gotten to a offensive comment was I defending
some other dude who got bullied for no reason posting a funny clip and so it genuinely made me upset so I went to his account looked at his clips because he said he made cinematic clips and they were just fights in dayz and lewd mods in fallout 4. Mind you
the person who got bullied was playing fallout 4 with mods that weren't ordered correctly so it messed up their skin textures and some were even stripped so you get a bunch of people wearing white underwear thats wrapped around their body like a net. No nudity
though it was just funny like ha the game is messed up it looks weird and this guy bullied him calling it absurd and lewd or something like that when he had lewd clips everywhere on his profile. Thats the only thing and that message was like last year. and
all the dates on these comments that are threatening to ban my xbox live account I have never posted because I haven't been on my xbox or xbox profile to post these at these times. Has my account been hacked or something. It would make this easier to see if
its a glitch or my account has been hacked if I can see the comments it list.

You see I have a friend that I use to game share with so I called him and asked him if he has posted anything on my account and he hasn't. Other than that I have a brother who sometimes uses my xbox 360 but he has his own account. Nor does he have the
time to just use the xbox 360 because he's in his 20's and he has a family and he prefers the outdoors.

that use the account? Unfortunately for any enforcement issues you need to go to the
enforcement site. We recommend checking the account make sure nothing has been changed on it and change your password.

Basically there is nothing they could do they don't use the forum but can't take care of the toxic people who cheats in games but also falsely report others, what's the point of even enforcing? Where they don't investigate at all what really happens. Nobody has answers!. Right?

Any report filed is investigated before any action is taken.If you have reported this person then they will be investigated but the only way to report someone is via the report feature on your console.

The enforcement team used to use the forums but changed to their own web page due to the amount of abuse that they got & to make things more private.

Or report them through you’re Xbox the steps for this is:

Find the user you’d like to report
Press on them and head to Report or Block
Choose report
Select the reason and give a description.
