False flagged. HELP

Discus and support False flagged. HELP in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I woke up this morning and logged onto Xbox I got a message saying I was suspended for 7 days.     When I woke up this morning and logged onto Xbox I got a message saying I was suspended for 7 days. Someone has false flagged me what should I do!?!?

    Console Banned????

    if you truly believe that you are innocent it is likely that you have been falsely flagged for having copied/pirated games. If you have a scratched copy of the recent ModernWarfare 2, Black Ops, Halo: Reach, etc. you could be flagged for piracy. Im one of
    the few who have actually had an enforcement team member say that my warfare 2 and reach disks were flagged as false copies.

    If you can't contact the enforcment team through the normal means file a complaint through the BBB and they should get you a responce from the enforcment team as to why the ban happened.

    Receiving multiple complaints about a certain gamertag

    Actually, only the people who have issues should report the user. The PET will disregard reports from someone who has never interacted with a person and it could ruin a legitimate report in the future as the reporting account would be flagged for false
    reports.

    Also, it is against the ToU of the forums to name and shame.

    It is a false flag, can safely be ignored (as you are using Windows anyway so there is little more info they need to get from you), many a time that Microsofts own spyware gets flagged

    Avast tend to flag things as a false positive from time to time. I use Avast as an Antivirus software and I have only struck one false positive in the years I used Avast.
