False enforcement team ban

It says I got banned for 2 weeks and I can't talk to anyone but when I talk to the virtual agent, they say there is no active ban and maybe it's a subscription issue. When I say no it says "sorry I couldn't help. You'll need to talk to an agent." Like
what the heck is this?? Your virtual agent says there is no ban but yet I can't talk to anyone. It's really stupid considering the fact that I didn't do anything. And the fact that I applied for a case review on Friday, September 28th, and it's now Sunday,
September 30th and it's still under review. Haven't heard a single thing. I'm really starting to get tired of Xbox banning me for no reason.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

 

Hello Panda Bear Tho, my guess is that the Xbox enforcement agents are still reviewing your case and further investigating the details, they will come to a conclusion soon.

 

Contact support by calling them so you can speak wit a real person and explain what is going on...hope that help!!

 

If your case is still under review that means your suspension is still active and you will just have to wait till the enforcement team finishes their review.

 

I was told they don't work weekends, they do work weekends, they won't do anything about it, etc

 

I've tried calling them but every xbox number i've tried never connects me with someone real. And there's nothing they can do since enforcement team did it

 

I highly doubt they'd even reverse it. Which is dumb because I got 2 weeks worth of comm ban for something I didn't even do. I don't send messages to people.

 

Hi, I suggest you read all the information at https://enforcement.xbox.com especially the code of conduct. Enforcement do not hand out suspensions without investigation. If someone
reports you, data is grabbed and sent to enforcement and they look into it.

Nobody from Support or the forums can help as we have no access to enforcement systems
