False Enforcement Action Ban

I played a Ranked Match in Rainbow Six Siege and someone called 'bunkton' (verified) was in OUR team and killed US and made us lose, so I reported him/her. After 15 minutes i got banned from communication (sending messages and parties) for ''bad behavior''.

I want the Xbox Enforcement Team to remove my ban since there is no evidence that I had a bad behavior, Thanks.

I'm afraid there is nothing anyone on the forums can do.

You would need to contact support & ask them to open an unauthorised access case

On November 29th, 2016, my account was indefinitely suspended for "staff impersonation" following my information being grabbed by a Facebook look-alike phishing website (Which my Instagram, twitter and all other social media was connected with). I spent
several hours repairing the damage the automated advertisement bot inflicted into my Facebook, advertising everything from Testosterone supplements, body wax, PSN and XBL cards to air fresheners and car dealerships as far away as Verona, Italy. My account,
Soh Phanny, hadn't had Xbox Live gold for several weeks prior to the ban. I'm on the second Xbox One console, which the first had broke not long before my gold ran out. I hadn't set my home Xbox on the account to my new Xbox one console. The only usage
of my account by me, was for Netflix and YouTube. I've not given my information to anyone, nor have I implied or otherwise claimed to be an Xbox Live Moderator, ever. I appealed for a case review, that I didn't qualify for without the questionnaire that
took me 3 days to complete thanks to enforcement.xbox.com being buggy and unresponsive. I was unable to completely explain my situation and could not clearly or efficiently describe what happened in the extremely limited appeal system that only allows ONE
500 character comment per case review stage. The decision was upheld, and the XBLPET member I had the displeasure of needing to contact told me all of the activity had taken place on my home console. Which had been inoperable, sitting in a box for weeks
before the account suspension, and my current console hadn't been set to the home Xbox. My account was accessed, UNAUTHORIZED, and I was unaware of this, as I received no notification or warning from Xbox Live as to what was happening. I have lost 7 years
of my life that I invested into that account, all my progress, thousands of hours, and thousands of dollars invested just for it to be taken away for something I didn't do, and tried to rectify by changing all my accounts information to have a separate email
(and password) for everything. For Xbox to spit in my face and not do anything to assist me is a completely unacceptable way to treat someone who has been extremely loyal brand for almost 10 years, anyone for that matter. If someone can help me, or get me

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

 

You also aren't supposed to "name and shame" players in the forums. That's what the report feature is for.

 

Actually, as I understand the OP, it was the Team Killing that he reported (Yes, he states that they lost the game, but that was because of the Team Killing).

Assuming that the person that he reported was intentionally killing the members of his own team, I can understand his frustration. In reality, however this is actually something that you should use the reputation system for rather than the Reporting system.
It's quite possible that the OP has confused the reputation system and the report feature.

But then, I may just be playing "Devil's Advocate" here and simply giving them the benefit of the doubt.

the system has them cucked to the point they can't even 'address' the problem face on instead have to 'rely' on the 'system'.. which as you can see here didn't work out too well for the OP
