    so i was banned for responding to a negative messege with negativity, i was playing rainbow six: Siege and i killed and enemy player, after this happened i received a messege from him telling me that i was "trash" i then told him to calm down as we were
    only playing in the casual game mode and not comp, i did call him a "****" but i mean he messeged me first and i only responded, how am i the one who got banned and can i please have this coms banned lifted

    Account Banned Falsely

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    False Ban?

    So i got on xbox and when i got on it says banned for two weeks, all ive been doing is playing bo2 with friends from school, this happened about three weeks ago but for 2 days, can anyone help me understand why this is happening?

    ya you do realize that profanity isn't allowed regardless of reason right?

    No matter who starts the fight

    If it's a 24hour ban it doesn't qualify for case review

    If longer than that please file a case review at enforcement.xbox.com

    Exactly. You can also get suspended for filing false complaints.

    the report went through and the xbox team checked your account probably and found something that was against the code of conduct
