    Trying to get hold of microsoft xbox support for help they don't even help at all.

    The first call at waited seems 10 mins for him to hang up on me because I've mention the issue. The second one didn't know how to even help.

    Recently I kept on getting adding by butch of people. When getting annoyed by those people who just add me then unadd me then add me again.. I started to fight back from messaging them and telling them stop adding me. Most are bots or cheaters. This one
    person added me couple times I message the person "[mod removd], cheater stop randomly adding people" just like that the person reported me. Then enforcement happen.

    But when I report glitches, modders, people having groups of half naked women. Or people glitching their achievements. Aren't even looked at. But the word "[mod removed]" gets looked at. The report system is messed up. Including can't even get help even if
    my account was messed up, hacked or other stuff. As you barely understand their accents on the phone.

    Support doesn't handle enforcement issues, so contacting them would not do anything. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will issue the appropriate action, so as long as you are reporting others, they are being looked into
    and the proper action taken, but investigations can take time so it's not always immediate. Occasionally they will send a "thank you" message, but otherwise, they will not let you know when/if they take action.

    But its not your buissness what they do to the person all they need to know is who and what is happening they dont have to tell you what they do

    Getting false reports on Xbox one

    If it was a communication suspension, then data is collected when they report you. If you didn't break the code of conduct, you'd be fine. The enforcement team investigate reports and it is a myth that you can get false reported.
